Physiotherapy is concerned with chronic or acute, acquired or congenital disorders and limitations of the musculoskeletal system, sometimes also with functional limitations of internal organs like the lungs (asthma -) respiratory therapy.
The individual physiotherapy treatment approach provides time and space to comply with your specific needs. It considers your current behaviour of physical activity including possible functional limitations as well as your pain condition.
For diagnosis and therapy, we have a variety of physiotherapy techniques such as muscle function tests, manual therapy techniques such as mobilization and soft tissue, stretching, exercise and strengthening exercises.
The goal is always an optimal and sustained pain relief, functional improvement and thus a significant improvement in quality of life. Another goal is to integrate the experience of therapy and self-exercises in everyday life and to use preventively.
