The back exercises strengthen the relevant muscles that serve to relieve the spine.
Less movable joints are mobilized through the activation of specific muscles. Unstable segments are to be consolidated.
Goals to achieve are a good body awareness, building strength, correct posture and better body movement and thereby prevent and eliminate tension and pain.
